About Us

We are neither a marketing stunt nor a “public service”. We don’t go for fancy titles. We are a team who like to refer to ourselves as individuals more than a ‘company’. Individuals helping other individuals.

Digitalizing unexpressed, unvoiced, indirect and tacit emotional stuff into actual, embodied and touchable steps, and making them handy and usable to a forever reasonable price, for those that need a compass to navigate through complicated situations where they easily loose themselves, that is our life mission.

Meet the Founder

I hold a degree in software engineering and have worked in different areas within software development, for most years as project leader on software development projects within the IT industry.

At one point in my life, I experienced emotional bankruptcy and a shattered mental state due to a breakup, and I needed help. My community offered traditional psychological health practices, including common treatments such as medication and therapy, along with advice about activities like walking, diary assignments, yoga, and meditation. I found their approaches to be limited in their methods and consultations with limited duration of 50 minutes seldomly allowed for an in-depth exploration of unresolved feelings such as loss, sorrow, shame, guilt, anger, disappointment, mistrust, and survival mechanisms.

While navigating this inner turmoil on a daily basis, I gained many insights and clarity through 12-step programs, individual and group therapy, and spiritual work. It took years of personal effort to decode my patterns, values, and needs. This combination of traditional practices and individual work brought me to life again more aligned with my values, worth, and essence. However, the journey and notes accumulated along the way became unmanageable, which led me to explore how this journey could be represented digitally.

Inspired by the journey I became curious about exploring more about fundamental self-development—where we critically reflect on ourselves and bring to light our undefined needs, values, pain, and joys—without the constraints of time and from the comfort of our own homes, and at a forever affordable price.  My goal was to enable people raise wellbeing and maintain it as well as have relationships in a more value-based manner.

Additionally, I aimed to create a tool that captures and manages thoughts, values, and needs but also include features for mapping out our hard-earned realizations, insights, and notes, allowing us to continuously assess our journey. I brught the IT experience to the table and embarked on developing a ‘Reflect-Don’t Neglect’ tool. I wanted to encourage the world to have a more value-based approach to life and foster mental and emotional peace and empathetic relationships.

I  still deeply feel a global and collective need to strengthen a value-based approach to life. I believe still that returning to our essence in relationships, in challenging situations, and within ourselves is a growing necessity. Individually, we need to reach a state where we feel whole, integrated, intact, present, healthy, mature, and peaceful. My intention was to promote global digital self-improvement on an individual level so that we can relate to each other from a place of abundance rather than from a position of inner lack, fear, or need. We all have a responsibility to embark on this journey for our own sake and for future global peace, striving to connect with ourselves and others in a more value-based way.

“… for Susie, who helped me through my pain but suffered silently until she gave up. She was devoted to the idea of creating a mental and emotional support tool.”

Thanks for reading my story!
